Current Value of Pr3 domains?

    Hi,
    I am new to DP but not new to domaining and IM. I actually am interested to know the Current value of a PR3 domain (just domain, with no content). I actually own 30+ Pr3 domains which I want to liquidize now but am not interested for cheap offers. So, before putting them up for sale, I am interested to know the Value of PR3 domains in current market scenario. (a few domains are Aged domains [6+ years] while others are 2-5 years old and all domains are mix tlds (.com, .net, .org, etc) But since I want value depending upon the PR factor, I don't think tlds have much to do with pricing.

    it all depends on the nature of PR - does it come with existing high-PR backlinks or is it a fake achieved with domain redirection

    PR3 could be worth anything between zero to 6-7 figures. it really depends on the popularity of the keywords and the tld and a few other factors such as age as you mention.

    Depends on the domain name... Pr 3 is nothing if your work well on SEO

    Most PR3 will go for $xx-$xxx. In order to get a higher end price they have to be strong domains with strong backlinks.
