Curious About Selling a Network of Sites

I am not looking to sell right now but maybe in a few years. I spend a lot of time not developing one site at a time but networks.

I have a network that is actually making me close to $3,000 per month through advertising and affiliate programs.

If I were to sell today for instance, how would I calculate a selling price? What would be the going rate?

Do I consider Net or Gross or what??

Web site price will depends on various factor, age of domain, traffic, topic, Google ranking and many more. Give site names we will try to determine the price here

Well there are many domains associated with it. If you look in my signature that is the umbrella site. We are actually an LLC and I can see within a few years making $10,000 each month.

I am just trying to figure out a point when selling will be beneficial. I don't want to do this forever... but am willing to give it all I got for the next 5 or 6 years. Been doing it for a couple now.

Anyone who would be willing to offer up any advice or suggest a direction, I would be happy to do profit sharing on your expertise. Just let me know how you can make money from my network and we can see about working out a deal.

If you have any sites in your network you want to sell individually contact me, I may be interested. I prefer sites that earn via adsense rather than affiliate.
