With iTraders, if a negative review is left and I can prove that the customer only did it to get a refund after saying he loved my work, is there a way to have it removed? This guy said that my work was perfect and then goes and tries to refund and then leaves a negative iTrader in retaliation for me whistle blowing. Not cool at all.
Nope, mods do not change iTrader. It is like any other rating system, the buyer or seller has the right to their opinion of the deal. Mods refuse to get involved in any business deal. The only thing you can do is explain it to someone you want to deal with or just keep building positive and forget about it.
No, once the iTrader has been left, it can't be changed. Just check out Shawn's (DP Owner's) iTrader. 2 people left him negative iTrader & I believe it's still there!
