I have a review page for 3 different CB products, but I've been noticing quite a high bounce rate...is there any general tips to improve this?

You need a decent layout and content for your website, you need to make sure that the traffic is targeted. If the traffic is untargeted i.e uninterested in the niche, they're gonna leave right away. Quality of traffic is very important. And the website layout is the first thing the that the visitors see, so work on that, maybe post your site so we can evaluate it better.

Your review page needs to be highly relevant to what people expect to find when they click through. Look at what keywords you're targeting and make sure they're "relevant" to your review page. As Ripped said the first impression people get of your review page is also very important. Try split testing 2 review pages and let natural selection improve your bounce rate.

People need to assume that you are are indeed an authority source if you wish for people to trust your reviews.
