Cure for Jellyfish sting...?

    I got stung by a jellyfish a couple of days ago and now the itch is killing me...Anyone can help me? I tried vinegar, alcohol...but its still itchy and its really red now. :(

    There is a traditional method here, but it's kind of digusting, as you need to use your own urine and sprinkle on the wound...

    I've read about that but I dont think I want to do that :( it would be my last option in case...any remedy for itchiness? :(

    Ok, maybe you would like to pour some battery acid on the wound and rub it gently with steel wool...

    By the way, battery acid also known as Sulfuric acid!

    I have always heard to clean the wound with a disinfectant then rub baking soda on the wound.

    Go to your doctor and get an anti-inflammatory. The itching is caused by swelling from the toxin, it will go down naturally after 1-2 weeks, but several meds can get rid of it within 24 hours. Heck, Aspirin or Tylenol might even do it.
