Cubics Overcharging for CPC?

    Anyone here ever use Cubics for PPC?

    I recently notice they are charging me over the CPC limit I set. For example, if I set the CPC limit to $0.15, they'll charge me $0.17.

    Is this some kind of error, or do they normally do that?

    Maybe the CPC is what is being charge on the social website itself and the extra 2 cents is what they are charging.
