If I use the CTRL script but I let the user know that he/she is inviting his/her friends will my page still get banned?
    Thanks...

Any autonomous means of selecting friends is illegal. The user must choose the friends by his/herself.

So your saying if I ask my fans to do the javascript code to select all of the friends, that is against TOS?

Theoretically a user can use a piece of Javascript code to invite all their friends if they themselves choose to do so, as they have the explicit intent to select all their friends; however, I could almost guarantee your page would get taken down and possibly your account banned if you asked fans to use that code. There are a ton of gray areas within Facebook's Terms and generally it's a bad thing to trod in those areas. Facebook gets to say what is and is not in violation of the Terms, so if there is the slightest chance of that code harming Facebook or its users then they would take action against you for providing it.

I'm not a lawyer nor am I 100% knowledgeable about the Terms and its loopholes, so your best bet would be to stay away from providing any form of scripted means of selecting friends - unless one day you want to wake up and find your page and/or account disabled.
