Ctr

What is considered a good CTR for adsense that is on my blog? I know this would obviously vary, but a rough idea would be great.

 

I think 2% is a good ctr

Over 1% is good IMO.

 

2 - 3 % is considered fairly good

 

On one of my blogs the CTR is substantially higher than 2-3% but agree they are not bad as a CTR.

 

ANd do you recommend url channels in adsense to monitor where the clicks are coming from?

 

I always recommend having all your ads channeled to see which ones perform and which ones don't.

 

i have a 6 - 10% from past 3 months, and i think when you reach 10%CTR it catch more valueable sites on ads.

and as your CTR is low, as ads on your site will be low.

how do i improve ctr, i have a blog which is only a few days old but i have had about 200 impressions but no clicks!

My site has been up for about 3 wks and it started off with almost 0% CTR and yesterday I had 10% CTR, which I was shocked about. My earnings per click has been about $0.12. I think it's still too early to tell what is normal. My all time CTR is about 2.5%. Also I should note that I've been running Adwords to advertise my site and bid $0.15 per click.

 

Cool nice job. I have just received some revenue in my adsense account, i only have my adsense on 2 sites. I have checked both channels but the income didn't come from either!?!? where would it be from??

 

5% to 7% CTR is really good.

 

I know it is early days but my CTR is 11%, i expect that it might drop though.
