Hi there, This question has been asked a thousand times before, but... Does anyone know what is the maximum normal CTR? When I say maximum normal, I mean, how high can the CTR go and you don't get banned or something?
i normally have a ctr of 6% and havent ever got banned.sometimes i even get about 8-9%.but iam not sure if adsense really has a deadline in the ctr % .I dont think they would have it .
Make sure it is under 15%, thats what i heard on a french TV Program where Google employees were explaining how everything worked. When its around 15% or higher, Google will come and have a look. So if i were you, i would make sure you are at 10% max!
CTR does not matter if you going genuine ... or if you are frauding with adsense and clicking on your ads or exchanging clicks, if you CTR is less then 1 they will ban you because google know everything from where your traffic cumming.... so no need to worry about CTR if you are a Genuine person .... On one of my sites, the CTR is currently around 15%. And my traffic is 90% organic from Google. I don't know what could be wrong with that...
i think its ok .i dont think adsense will be dumb enough to ban you even after knowing the fact that you get 90% traffic from search engines .
