Just out of interest, does anyone know why to reveal it is against TOS?
Surely CTR, is just the amount of clicks you get in relation to your number of impressions...

The simplest reason: Because Google says it is.

The reason these polls are meaningless (other than that CTR is site specific) is that the period of time is never declared. Is this an intra-day CTR, a daily CTR, a weekly CTR, all time CTR? CTR for one site? CTR for all sites combined? &c.

You'd have to rearrange your question.

    What is your CTR range?

Mine is between 1-10% at different days.

It's also an anonymous poll, so there is only very general info. This sort of discussion isn't against the tos. It's against TOS to say: on site A, channel so and so, the ctr is X and the ecpm is Y averaged over last month. That sort of details is against tos. But this general stuff is just us adsense publishers comparing notes.

If you have a good adsense acount, its just to risky talking about it to much. If you get banned your going to have a bad day.
