CTR of less than 0.50%, Need to Improve Placement?

So my CTR is less than 1/2 of a percent, but my eCPM is like $1 (with clicks) per impression. Seems to be really really low, I change my lay out, so I have a 300 x 250 on a left sidebar, and a 98x720 above the content and below the navbar, I thought this would imrpove my eCPM, which it did, but not drastically

 

Can you share your Web address, or at least a screenshot of the layout?

 

It is easier so we can see your site.

For me, Adsense placement took a while of experimenting before I started to see some results (or at least the better results). It also depends on your PR of your site can also effect the ads and the amount your receiving.

 

I want to know about CTR please tell me some one

Yes all the ads are image based none are text ads.
