CTR is going crazy !!

    my CTR is increasing every day ..
    for content , it becomse between 100 % to 500 % every day for 3 days
    and so is for searchs !!!
    what's going on ??
    wht's happend ?? any sugestion ..

    i need help for this !!!

    If it is same ip sounds like robots or click fraud.
