CTR increase from 2% to 10% after images added

Guys,

I just did some changes on my adsense placement; add small images accordingly to the ads and my CTR jump up from 2% to 10%! Will google ban my account?!

I am no expert but you are in violation of the TOS when it comes to placing images close to ads. There were some huge discussions about this on DP and at some point even Google clarified their position on their adsense blog. Consider reading the following,

This is an old method that worked quite well for many people. However you really should read this post on the adsense blog about their change in terms of service.

If I were you, I would email the adsense team and ask them if your current set up is violating terms of service. Though from looking at it I assume that google would say, yes, you are violating TOS.

I think I should remove all the images near ads since it is violation of the TOS. Thanks for your information.

 

I have to say, that is probably one of the best implementations on adsense ads I have ever seen. However, as mentioned, you are in serious violation of the TOS. I wouldn't bother contacting adsense. I'd remove it immediately.

 

Just put a little line between your picture and your ads... you'll be find and google will email you if there's any problems. I already got a email from them about that

 

That is awesome blending - those images look great and go perfect with the ads; excellent job..
Sadly, it violates the TOS.

My thoughts Exactly . If you would have done this about a year ago, then you probably would be raking in a lot more cash .

That's against TOS as well. A review of your site by the Adsense team and you will be banned ASAP.

And I am not sure if you modified the Adsense for Search box as well.. but you are not allowed to do that either.

 

This is ownage mate..remove it before it became one of the Top 3 ways to get banned

images near the ads will help you to increase your ctr but you must read the official answer on adsense blog which is given on reply 2

 

I've been putting "Our Top 3 way control valve Resource" title for few months and i dont get any email from adsense team. Should i still remove or change it since everyone saying violation of the TOS?

 

Unlike others, I don't think if you are violating TOS, but I would highly recommend you to add a bit more content to the page.
