CTR increase fast

My CTR jump from 0.6% to 7.2% in one day different. I did make some changes at the site such as color, position but I don't think it could make that huge impact.

Now I'm started to worry that google will disable my account because of the CTR rate, and CPM increased as well. What's your advice? Should I worry about it? The reason I am worry is because I've heard some guys who got account disable without warning when his CTR jumped to the roof, and I don't want that to happen without explaining or whatsoever. Please advise.

People get accounts deleted for clicking their own ads not because their click through rate is too high. My highest CTR was substantially higher than that one day and they didnt ban me.

They want yuo to have a high CTR coz then they make more money. As long as the clicks are legit, don't worry and keep trying to get it higher.

They call it a "Double Click" .

Not sure that is the cause but statistically, one view and a Double (2) click, it's correct :)

If you don't do anything that might violate Google T&C so you dont have to worry about your CTR increases subtantially, unless otherwise.

But if I were you I would be aware of the fact that somebody is trying to "kill" your adsense account by clicking your banners. Why not write to Google and ask them about it? if the CTS increases by actual and legit clicks, so you should keep it up and share the techniques with us LOL! in case it is invalid clicks from someone esle, at least Google is kept inform and they might take action regardless your problem.

Of course I don't do anything to violate the rules, but you'll never know, for some reasons they could kick you out, not everyone who got their account disable are scam.

My CPM just jumped to $42 in the last 3 hours, but I made only $15. I'm not happy but worry, it's so weird :(. Thanks though for the input.

Um, guess what? You just violated G's AdSense rules, right after you wrote that you don't violate the rules. I love irony.

You can't divulge how much you make from AdSense. They are very strict on that one. I doubt your post here will create any problems for you, but FYI - keep what you make mum.

    My average CTR is 1.5 - 1.8 %
But suddenly on 23rd jan it becomes 15% CTR
Should I worry abt this or it can happen. I'm really worried though.

Why on Earth would you be worried? Clicking your own ads? If not, then why worry?

CTR is statistically meaningless unless we're talking about 500 clicks.
