CTR Increase any tips

Hi and good afternoon digitalpoint forums, I wanted to know if anyone here can share some tips on how to increase my ctr for my website. On average the cost per click is about 30cents - under. I am currently running a free web hosting site and I wonder if what type of site I run has anything to do with the ctr.
