CTR and CPC of sites or blogs which target webmaster?

    I am about to start a blog. Few hours ago I started a thread asking suggestions about gadget site.

    Now I want to know how is adsense for sites which target webmasters. I believe CPC is good but almost every webmasters is completely familiar with adsense and BARELY click on google ads so How is the CTR of webmaster targeting sites.

    Also discuss CPC please

    IMO CTR is very low and webmasters site is very hard to promote.

    CTR - bad
