Recently I made some enhancements on the AdSense of one of my websitesm and now is getting about 12% CTR.

I was wondering if this will look suspicious to Google.

    Don't worry dude.
If you're not buying traffic or clicks you're ok.
I've had CTR above 20% and never had a problem.

That number by itself is completely okay, don't worry if you're doing things white hat.

I once had a 40% CTR for only one day when I checked the stats, which was very unusually high. I informed Adsense support of the same and they fixed it up. If 20% CTR works for you on a daily basis, then you have a winning ad placement.

    Thanks everyone.

I was worried because it was a sudden jump in eCPM and CTR. So i thought it would look suspicious.

    Traffic is the same.
