CTR = 0.30% - there has to be a way to get more clicks...

    I keep hearing about people iwth a ctr of 5% - 10%
Those numbers are crazy to me.
    Mine is .30%
    That is 1/3 of 1%

Obviously the ads have to be relative to the sites content and the readers interest, but how else can I increase the CTR?

I am getting roughtly 200 clicks per day out of 60,000 impressions..
    Anyone have any suggestions?

It depens on your content and the traffic source. You need to get more targeted traffic and optimize your ads placement to get higher CTR

there are lot of things involved when it comes to CTR. your site layout, ad placement, whether the ads are blended in or not, niche, traffic source, visitors geo etc.

I think that a CTR of less than 1% is quite normal.

Well..! to get more clicks... you need some awsome adplacement..!

And you know.... you should have to use some tweaks(Obviously not against TOS) to make the ads look more and more relative to the Content.!

I have some Tweaks if you run in WP or Blogger..!

And when ads are very relevant to the Content, you would get more clicks..! :)

Choose a better theme, make the ads blend in with your site so they look like a menu...
IS your traffic from PTC sites or something ?

Finding out the reasons for low CTRs can be quite difficult. As mentioned, it could be the source of your traffic. But if most of them are organic and are from the search engines then this isn't the reason for your problem.

Another crucial factor could be ad placement. But i'm assuming that you've already experimented a little with the position of your ads.

Then it might be your AdSense topic. Some topics are notoriously AdSense friendly while others are not so good for getting the all important clicks. If that's the case then there's nothing much you can do, except change topics. If you have a poor AdSense topic there's nothing much you can do to retrieve your position.

But, your problem could have something to do with ad relevancy. Are your ads closely related to your content or are you finding that some of them go off topic once in a while? You might have to do some keyword research to isolate the best types of keywords for you topic so that you get more content focused ads.

Hope we opened up enough possible options about your CTR problem.
Good luck with finding the reasons for your low CTRs.

Buy Geo-Targeted traffic from LogiTRAFFIC.com it'll improve your earnings a lot. Just keep your CTR in a safe range (~5%)

we don't know your site's url or the niche in which it is, so it is always hard to make a comment on your ctr. but .3 is really very low, and am sure there will be loads of options for improvement. to start with, do you have enough content on your site? have you tried to add articles on your site, and put ads near articles and blend it with the content and the site?

Impressions are misleading, how much uniques you get?

All the very low CTR have to do with poor ad placement or too technical topics, or poor traffic (ie. not from search engines) or lack of advertizers in the site's topic or language.
Personnally I try to work on those factors and will like a minimum of 5% CTR, if less, I keep on tweaking, but I don't try to go too high, I'm satisfied with 5%.

Need to get more targeted traffic. Means people who are interested in clicking on ads and try switching ad positions
what's your niche, btw? It's a nice CTR for example, for Image Hosting Niche
