i bought this last month, but due to lack of time in developing this further , i am putting this for sale.

the domain csswebdesigns.com that has about 10 months left on it, the complete site, and full ownership to the templates on the site.

by my earlier purchase, I own the templates that are on the site so far outright, they are not sold anywhere else and by buying the site you get full ownership of the templates also to sell or do what you want with.

When you go to the templates page the navigation indicator at the top stays on the Home page and doesn't switch http://www.csswebdesigns.com/template1.html

Would you be willing to fix those before I buy?

The missing files have been fixed now.

the reason the home text was not hyperlinked was to show the bottow arrow properly. if an hyperlink was added it would not be visible properly. but this can be fixed.

the text css web designs is hyperlinked to the homepage anyways.

Yes, the template which runs the site is not original, thats why the author's credit is left in the footer.

All the other templates have been designed by the previous owner and he has passed the ownership to me when i bought it and there does not exist any other copy.

at the moment they dont require any link back. but you can change that.
