    Overture shows that there are 3000+ searches for these keywords :)

    Undeveloped I would still price it high XX's since its a pretty good keyword actually. Its not too competitive so the URL alone should rank decent.

    I'm sure it is worth at least High $xx undeveloped, much more if you develop it. Good Luck

    I would say mid-high $xx as well because it is a good keyword. That can be used to help with SEO if you decide to develop it.

    The .net extension gives it almost no type-in traffic.
