The domain looks more like a css gallery site or blog . It needs your investment of time and energy to promote it . Good luck .
The design looks a bit generic you should customize it a bit more, you can do this by getting a professional logo, a favicon, and adding a few more colors into the color scheme.

I would make the area with "REGISTER TODAY" a bit smaller so that some of the forums are above the fold. Also, since your forums cover the art of web design add a few images to the header.
