    I need to top my Hosting Account Urgently.. I need $20 (usd) in my PayPal account ASAP. So i will part with this domain (and website / unique design) as a last resort.. the new owner is getting a bargain, whether they continue to use SMF as the forum software of decide to use another platform / premium forum software the domain it's self is keyword perfect in a highly researched niche / highly targeted niche.

    Domain is with Godaddy.com (Free Push).. and currently running from my hostgator shared hosting account.

    Domain was registered on: 9/25/2011 (aged domain) and needs renewing by : 9/25/2012

    I'd buy it now. Please let me know your paypal and how long can you keep it on your server as I need some time to transfer it on mine. Do you offer design related support, if there are any bugs etc...??
