    I want someone is good with CSS. I want someone who could make me such a background for cheap.

    Also, please PM me with your portfolios, and I'll be paying $15 since this isn't much!

    P.S. I'll be paying via PayPal or Alertpay only. Also, I won't go first, you need to code and show me proof and everything.
