CSS / Wordpress Template Coder Needed - Must be USA Resident

    Hi everyone,
    I have a layered PSD that needs to be coded into a wordpress template. I'm taking quotes (please post in this thread). Payment by PayPal or Credit Card only. Coder MUST be willing to sign an NDA and MUST be a USA resident for legal purposes. Looking to start the project early next week and you'll have about a week to get it done. Pretty standard design with nothing crazy (sorry, no previews available).
