CSS tweaks needed - 20-30 minute project!

    I am looking for someone that has 20 minutes to make some quick CSS edits for me on a few of my domains. Basically just adding banners into themes etc.

    I have a $10 budget for the work... which should not take longer than 30 minutes if you are an expert in editing CSS.

    this job is just adding banner or include css editing, i can do both tasks.
