    I want to create a website based on "City Portal". I know PHP, MYSQL and JQuery. But very bad in designing part. I know little CSS but want to advance in it.
    Please anyone have css tutorial or eboot. so that i become Ninja on CSS.

    Thanks for the resources. I briefly glanced at W3schools - there is a lot of information there! My website is coming along slowly but surely, but i helps to know CSS I have learned!!
