CSS Sticky Footer Problems

    I have been following this tutorial to create a sticky footer for my site: cssstickyfooter.com/using-sticky-footer-code.html.

    It all seems to work, but the footer appears to be about 30px below the screen height at all times. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me solve this problem.
