Css scrollbar?

    Can someone tell me how to do this pls:

    The scrollbar on the rightside of the flash picture - its scrollable text but with buttons, does someone know how to do this in CSS?

    You can't do it with CSS. Javascript would be best (when up/down is clicked, the content scrolls)

    I've seen a script before on www.dynamicdrive.com

    Had a look, couldn't find it (its in there somewhere, I think "document effects", "scrollers" or "windows and frames")
