Css Rotating banner over video need to be below video

    I have designed a web site in CSS.
    At the top of my page I have a rotating banner and links to videos just below.
    When I click on a video link to preview it it is patiallt hidden below my rotating banner images.

    How can I correct this so the video is above the banner image?
