Css problem with explorer

    Hi you all!

    I have a test site on "get-the-job-guide(dot)com" and on firefox, safari and chrome everything is just fine but on explorer , the search box (and button) at the bottom & the image gallery on the left side are crooked and not straight.
    I know it's a css problem for explorer but i don't know what the exact change need to be done...

    Can someone help?

    It was a problem at :

    td {text-align: center;}
