CSS post it notes

I just created and blogged about my CSS post it notes

very simple implementation of yellow "post-it" notes with just the help of css

it uses transparent png files (can use your own images as long as they are PNG24)

Here are the CSS post-it notes in action

I would appreciate any comments here or on my blog

 

I don't like the orange color on the main page. I find it harder to read. The post-it-notes looks good but it may look softer if you use light yellow instead of bright yellow. It is a little bit distracting.

in my screen the yellow is not that bright, or maybe its just my perception of how post-it notes look like
The good thing is that you can actually use your own graphic instead of mine

 

It is bright, but i like it. It sort of highlight the theme

 

Don't transparent png's not work in IE6?

they are not supposed to but with a simple trick they can actually be made to work in IE5.5 and IE6
