CSS or PHP programming, I dunno

    I want to develop this page so that when a user hovers over a picture on the right it appears in the box on the left with the corresponding text below.

    I think it's possible with pseudo classes, but I amn't sure if it's be better with a script.

    Additionally I'll want a bunch more images in there so need to fit a scroll bar on the right hand side.

    Any takers PM me with prices :D
