CSS oddity in IE7

I've been trying out the Simple and Grey CSS found here http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menu/form.html to style a form, but IE7 appears to be displaying additional bottom borders to some of the form objects.

I emailed the site owner a while back, but haven't had a response. Can anyone here see why IE7 breaks the CSS?

    TIA
