CSS Menu issues

I'm working on a site for someone and for some reason when the site loads the drop down menu works great but after the images rotate to the 3rd image the menu goes behind the rotating image. Does any one have any idea why this would happen?

I have moved the code around thinking it might the order of the code.

I cannot see a menu in your page. However does this happen only with IE?

 

Put the image slideshow code into a div and set the z-index.
