    What exactly isn't displaying correctly?

The only thing that I can see is that a couple of your images with round corners isn't displaying the transparency correctly in IE 6. That is because IE 6 doesn't handle transparency for PNG-24 images. It can handle transparency for PNG-8 and GIF. I would recommend changing those images to one of those types.

On IE7 The Female Users and Male Users do not line up evenly.

The male Picture/Text/And User Count is 2 far to the left.

Why did you not use external style sheet? Your going to have a HARD time updating that site.

You also need to learn selectors. Because you have divitus.
