Buying CSS/HTML Template to Wordpress Theme

    Hello coders,

    What I need is this template: http://www.directclick.ro/certificatsiauditenergetic/ converted to a Wordpress theme.

    Here are the basic functionalities that I need:

    1) I should be able to add pages (news pages should appear in the left and bottom menu)

    2) Comment script available on all pages

    3) Blog articles should apper on the first page

    Please let me know your bid and portfolios (Budget: less then 20$)
