css/html/script like gmail toolbar

Hi,
I need a css/html/script like the one in gmail for the email toolbar (archive,spam, delete,move etc)

As you may have noticed that it stays on the top as you scroll the page down.
I need similar css or java script for my navigation bar.

you can always use firebug add-on in firefox
it will show all html and css for you
