Buying CSS Help to customize a plugin appearance - Easy 5$

    Im using a plugin called "Report Content" https://srd.wordpress.org/plugins/report-content/

    adding the code above i display a small ajax'ed form to users, but the css is getting terrible with my theme..

    I need someone to develop a css to display the form beautfully with my site.
