I am making a Website for my friend and i got a problem with font.. Photoshop Layout Menu has font 'Times New Roman' with size 18,67pt..

The problem is that it also has scaling in photoshop character editor, vertical - 97% horizontal - 126%. Is there any way to make this font using CSS??

    Thanks.

How does it looks like? Screenshot please.

You will probably have to take a picture of the text and use that on your website. If it is alot of tekst, just change it to a normal font.

Fonts in PSD are different if you scale it, CSS use px, em... I think CSS allow you to put a decimal number, does answer your question?
