    I have this site www.surfree.info
    The site looks messed up in IE so I would like to hire a coder to fix it.
    $5 is what I am offering.

    Thanks.

    The first thing you will see in IE is that the search box is not well aligned.
    Then, try navigate the site clicking on the content link on right sidebar, you will see all contents are aligned to the left. I uses the same css value and I do not know what caused it to be that way.

    It is late and I am tired. Your problem is the the IE FF difference in the way padding is handled.

    #content {
    float : left;
    width : 583px;

    Go here and grab a copy of my css and compare the two.

    Will check the thread in the morning for questions.

    I compared both and did not understand.
    I see that yours differentiate IE and FF css.

    That is because the net size usable size is different in IE and FF. One, and I don't recall which is which at the moment, assumes the interior dimension to be the stated width and the over assumes the overall dimension includes the padding or borders.

    The only difference that I see is the [ Show/Hide Advanced Options ] text. In IE7 it is overlapping the search input box, and in firefox it is under it.

    I would be happy to fix this for you for $5.
