I'm looking for someone who is very good with HTML 4, CSS 2 and 3 to convert a pure CSS menu to have the dropdown look like our existing site (hover aspect) as well as doing some other vBulletin work. Looking for an actual person to do this, let me know your experience, some projects you've worked on and generally your rate. In PM or email I'll share more details about the project (there are a couple I'll need work done) and we can discuss more. Some of the work is in Wordpress (not required as it's just design) and the other job is optimizing a vBulletin theme (the theme is done, just needs a little tweaking.) Please do not: 1) Be yet another contractor who has an employee to do the work 2) Be yet another contractor subcontracting 3) Tell me that you have done programming forever but are not strong on front end / web design work.
