Buying Css expert cum designer

    I have purchased a template. I need a designer to make some CSS changes in it so that the template looks alot changed. I just want the designer to give me a good color theme of my template including HEADER, FOOTER and body area. I can make the CSS changes my self but I don't posses good web design skills so I am willing to hire a professional for this job.

    Please Note:- I don't want DISNEYLAND to be made on my template. Simple and clean is what I want.
