For edited CSS template, like add image, text etc -> User DreamWeaver
For upload use FTP software like FileZilla

Go to Google.com to find this program

Just go download notepad++ and use that. It's much easier than dreamweaver and you won't mess up because of the design window. If you are going to use dreamweaver, only use the "code" tab, that way you aren't distracted by what the design window shows you.

css is just the presentation coding... text, links, pictures are the content, which needs to be written in an html file of some sort.

    1) download notepad++ as it colors different tags of code and is free- far better than dreamweaver in that sense
    2) go to http://htmldog.com or a similar html tutorial site
    3) upload via an ftp program

let me know how 000freewebhost works out for you... i was going to try them, but then their page was down for a while and never looked back.

000webhost are rubbish- I didnt like their customer service, it was very slow and i had many problems. So Im using X10 web hosting now which is much better.
