CSS design problem for browser compability

    Any CSS designer should need to mind browser compability issue. Specially the positioning. Positioning method may be depend on browser.

    In General solution is that designer should designed on that browser which is used by most targeted visitor.

    I don't agree. The designer takes care of most major browsers....Firefox and IE share almost equal market shares. It is impossible to determine which browser will be used to visit your site more unless you are making addons for either browsers that is
