css design features doesnt woking on Internet Explorer

    my css design coding doesn't work on IE. like rounded corners,shadows,text shadows. works great on other browser but not on IE. i've IE 8.

    Its a common problem with IE. It doesn't support rounded-corners, box shadow, text shadows etc things.

    Very true.

    Many web designers get round this using images and then using them to create the effects that you desire.
    This also helps with the cross browser issues you seem to be having.
