CSS crossbrowser problems - Need a quick fix

    Here is a website i need to look the same in 5 major browsers.
    pages with problems:
    test.html (dont mind index.html it will be replaced by test.thml)
    Gallery.html
    Also in "test.html" in drop-down menu the final image should be a link as well (doesnt look properly everywhere)

    I want everything nice and clean in all 5 browsers with versions listed below.

    Maximum browser requirements:
    IE 6.0
    Firefox 3.0
    Safari 525
    Chrome 3.0
    Opera 9.6

    Please reply with price, timing and any suggestions.
