CSS code reworking

I need the CSS code on the following page reworking, so that the footer stays at the bottom, even when the article is really short:

    platinax.co.uk/news/2005/09/30/smes-not-prepared-for-disaster-planning/

One stipulation is that I want the main content div to be placed above the left and right colum divs, for SEO purposes.

I really want to see this issue dealt with this week.

If you're interested just be first to bring me a finished product that works fine, and I'll send you $50 by Paypal.

Can I get your current style.css file?

PM it to me if you don't want to share.

I can't guarantee a fix, but I have fixed a lot of problems like this for my sites.

So will only the CSS file be modified? I mean that do I have any chance to modify the page itself (.htm, .php, .whatever..) ?

If the CSS alone can be modifed - great - but if the DIV tags need re-ordering then I'll have to face up to that. Ideally I hope there's a way simply to rework the CSS, though I'm not sure what extent of reworking would be required on it.
