CSS background-image NOT visible in FireFox

First, the basics about my environment...

    XP Pro SP2
    IE 7x
    FireFox 1.5x

    Project: CSS Page Design
    XHTML (W3C Validated)
    CSS (W3C Validated)

    testing URL: http://www.silicon9line.com/proposals/Concrete/

Note: W3C Validation Links are on test page, and I have attached the appropriate files as well (Concrete.zip).

OK! Now...On to the problem at hand...

While testing this design, I can only find one issue, but it's a HUGE one.

In FireFox, The horizontal top menu does not display the CSS background-image properties as defined. This looks and works great in IE, and I have spent hours trying to find a solution via online forums, etc...

Please help if you can, I am in a bit of a crunch for time (as always)....

Thanks in advance for your kind advice,

You must have changed something, it looks fine in Firefox, but the site is majorly messed up in Internet Explorer 6, I don't have 7. Most are using IE 6 so you should look into that, it's really bad!
