css and google PR

    does google know if i'm using an original css or using a template?
    how does it affect my PR?

    Google doesn't know. The search engines only care about HTML, and font sizes from CSS

    Agreed with the others, with one caveat:

    I have seen a few templates where there were default titles from the template designer and the template user did not bother to change them (I've also seen accessibility HTML done in English by the template designer and the non-English template user did not change over to the new language).

    Make sure all the text in your template belongs to your site and not left over from the template designer. I don't mean the "copyright" text in comments, comments are fine, but things like stuff inside the <title> tags and the meta content descriptions and keywords (for instance Zen cart users tend to leave these and their websites have all Zen cart junk in them instead of their own website titles and meta tags).
