CSS an JS banned, will google index my site?

    CSS and JS are banned in robot.txt;
    will google index my site?
    I 'v submit sitemap to google,
    But None of my pages is indexed.
    Thanks for any suggestions.

    battdigi, what do you mean CSS and JS are banned in robot.txt. Do you mean the pages containing these do not allow robots to crawl?

    Sorry i didn't describe it clearly.
    I just wanna to test whether google will punish my site if I do so(disallow google access JS folder for i add lots content in JS for privacy).

    yes if CSS and JS are banned in robots.txt
    your sites can be crawled in Google.
    you should do off page submission for your site then it's should be get crawled.
